Workona for iOS, iPadOS & Android

Workona has mobile apps for both iPad and iPhone to help you access spaces on the go.

Workona does not yet offer a dedicated mobile app for Android. However, it’s still possible to access your Workona account and content via your mobile browser. For faster access, you can add the link to your Android device’s home screen.

Download the Workona app for iPad (iPadOS)

  1. Download Workona on your iPad from the App Store.
  2. Log into your Workona account when prompted.
  3. All of your spaces will appear, including resources and tabs currently open on your desktop browser (notes and tasks are not yet available in the iPad app).

Note: The Workona iPad app is optimized for iPadOS 15 and works well on any generation iPad.

Download the Workona app for iPhone (iOS)

  1. Download Workona on your iPhone from the App Store.
  2. Log into your Workona account when prompted.
  3. All of your spaces will appear, including resources and tabs currently open on your desktop browser (notes and tasks are not yet available in the iPhone app).

Access Workona on Android

  1. Log into your Workona account in your mobile browser.
  2. Open spaces by clicking them from the sidebar.
  3. Once you’ve opened a space, access resources by clicking them.

Add Workona to your home screen on Android

  1. Log into your Workona account in your mobile browser.
  2. Click the three-dot menu (top-right) and select “Add to home screen”.
