Manage Account

You can update account details and customize Workona to fit your work style by adjusting your settings. Click the gear button at the bottom of the sidebar to see all of your options.


Manage your account

  1. Open Workona.
  2. Click your profile picture (or initials) at the bottom of the sidebar.
  3. Click Account.

Change email address

  1. Open Workona.
  2. Click your profile picture (or initials) at the bottom of the sidebar.
  3. Click Account.
  4. Enter your new email address in the email field.
  5. Click Change email.
  6. If you're prompted to verify your identity, enter your password or log in.
  7. You’ll receive an email with further instructions.

Change name

  1. Open Workona.
  2. Click your profile picture (or initials) at the bottom of the sidebar.
  3. Click Account.
  4. Enter your updated name in the name field.
  5. Click Save changes.

Change profile picture

  1. Open Workona.
  2. Click your profile picture (or initials) at the bottom of the sidebar.
  3. Click Account.
  4. Click on the image placeholder (or existing profile picture if you've already set one).
  5. Upload a new image.
  6. Click Done.

Upgrade your account

  1. Open Workona.
  2. Click your profile picture (or initials) at the bottom of the sidebar.
  3. Click Upgrade.
Expensing your subscription
Many employers find Workona so valuable that they’ll pay for their employees’ memberships. At the end of your purchase, you’ll receive a receipt in your email that you can use to file an expense report.

Manage your subscription

  1. Open Workona.
  2. Click your profile picture (or initials) at the bottom of the sidebar.
  3. Click Billing.

Deactivate or delete your account

  1. Open Workona.
  2. Click your profile picture (or initials) at the bottom of the sidebar.
  3. Click Account.
  4. Click Manage account to deactivate or delete your account.
  5. Click Done.
